    If you are not a registered user, your answers will remain anonymous. If you are registered as a user, the surveys, which you can view, and your answers are linked to your user profile. This information is only used to improve our services by requesting additional information from you. Your user details will never be displayed.

  • What is “fast entry”?

    If you, as a registered "GIGANT Spare Parts" customer, know the part number, you can use this function to order parts by simply entering the part number for the item you wish to order.
  • How do I receive pricing and availability information?

    After registering for our online services, we will send you your login information within a few days. After registration, prices and availability are visible to you. For items that are currently not available, you can find out the delivery time directly from your “GIGANT Spare Parts” contact person.

  • How do I return items? How is the return freight paid?

    Consult your GIGANT Spare Parts contact partner. The contact person can be found under the menu item CONTACT > Contact Partner.
  • How do I order parts related to axles or suspensions?

    To order parts related to axles or suspensions, simply enter the corresponding identification number in the search field (you can find the identification number on the type plate on the axle body). You will be forwarded to the appropriate spare parts list where you can order the parts you need directly.
  • Who is my contact person?

    The contact person can be found under the menu item CONTACT > Contact Partner.
  • How do I become GIGANT Spare Parts Customer?

    To become a GIGANT Spare Parts customer, you have to register. Please click on the „Register“ tab in the menu bar and then fill out the form completely. After registering for our online services, you will receive your access data within few days.
